Intelligent Agents are automated emails within Brightspace modules. They can be set up to automatically send out emails which you create, based on the criteria you define. Intelligent Agents can also be used to monitor login activity, module activity and a wide variety of criteria based on release conditions within your module.  

There is a new feature in intelligent agents that let you now choose the time that you would like to schedule for your agent.

To do that, go to Staff Admin and choose Module Admin from the module navigation bar.

Then, under the communication header, choose Intelligent Agents.

Then, choose the agent you would like to add a scheduling time to, and click on the title of it to edit it.

Go to scheduling tab and choose weekly frequency or whatever frequency you prefer.

Now, you will be able to see more options. From here, you can choose the Scheduled Time. Here you can choose a time of day for this agent to run. This way you could for example choose to send it out in the morning to give students a chance to contact you in working hours if needed. (Before it just used to go out in the evening around 8pm).
