When content within a Brightspace module becomes outdated, it is good practice to delete the content link from the module content area, but leave the content available on Brightspace – just in case the file is required at a later date.

Every so often, it’s a good idea to clean up any obsolete files to free up space and keep your files easy to navigate through.
