Looking to improve your communication skills, the speech analysing tool called Speaker Coach may be able to help. When activated, it listens to your voice input within Teams meetings and sends you a private report, which others can’t see, highlighting generic strengths and weaknesses in your speech. 

It looks for faults in speaking mannerisms using its own predefined parameters. When it does identify faults, it will note down the time stamps and provide this information after the meeting. This is particularly useful for recorded sessions where it is possible to go back to the recording and identify the instances. The tool can be switched on or off when required.
